What it is worth
If one of your days is worth more than €43, Giornata pays for itself the first time you get one back.
And the hours you no longer spend piecing the month together are repaid by nobody: you simply keep them.
Giornata keeps count of what you have earned, what you paid for out of your own pocket and what you still have to report. The price is deliberately low: what matters is not what it costs, it is what you stop losing.
Your files, when the plan changes
When the cloud attachment capability goes away — at the end of a trial with no purchase, on moving to Base, or on not renewing — the files you have already uploaded enter the same announced period of 30 days. The behaviour is identical in all three cases.
Base holds all of the work: days, jobs, fees, expenses, history and reports. Pro adds cloud storage for the evidence of that work — photos, receipts, PDFs and documents — and the management of that space.
Yes, in full. On Base it is only the cloud attachment that goes, never the expense: the amount, the category, whether it is reimbursable and its link to the work all stay exactly as they were.
Existing files do not vanish overnight: they enter an announced 30 days period, with the exact date written out plainly. During it the files stay readable and you can export them. Nothing is ever deleted in silence.
No, and it is worth knowing before you pay. Cloud storage is a Pro capability: buying Base does not switch it back on and does not stop a deletion already under way. If the documents matter to you, the choice is Pro.
Paying a year in advance costs 10% less than twelve monthly payments. It is the same Giornata: only when you pay changes. If you would rather stay month to month, the monthly price is the one above and it does not change.
Yes. Giornata does not ask you to log something every day to stay useful: when you pick it up again, everything from before is still there.
