What Giornata is
A tool for recording your working days and the pay that follows from them. The record is yours: it belongs to you, not to whoever hires you.
Giornata is not a tax adviser, is not an employment contract, and is legal proof of nothing. The figures it shows are the ones you entered under the rules you configured.
Trial and subscription
The trial lasts 60 days and starts when you create your account. During the trial you have the Pro features.
When it ends you choose between Base and Pro. There is no permanent free plan: without an active subscription the paid features stop.
Prices are the ones shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Paying annually costs at least 10% less than twelve monthly payments.
Cloud documents and the grace period
The Base plan does not include cloud document storage. The expense itself stays whole: only the attachment is withdrawn.
When you lose document storage — by moving to Base, by not renewing, or by ending the trial without buying — a 30-day period begins, announced in advance: you can no longer upload, you can still read and download, and at the end deletable files are removed. Nothing is ever deleted silently.
One thing deserves attention, because it is the one that costs: buying Base after a trial does NOT restore cloud storage, so it does not stop that deadline. Only a plan that includes the capability stops it.
How you pay
On the website payment goes through Stripe. Inside the phone apps it goes through each store’s purchase system, as their rules require.
Refunds and withdrawal follow applicable law and, for purchases made inside an app, the rules of the store you paid through.
Your data and deletion
You can export your days and close your account whenever you like. Deletion is final and is recorded so that restoring a backup cannot undo it.

Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service working, without guaranteeing it is always reachable. Your days stay written on the device without a connection and sync when it returns.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid over the last twelve months.
Changes
If we change these terms or the prices we tell you first, with reasonable notice. If they do not suit you, you can cancel.
